Character Re-design for one of my characters (Skaishei Seirano) that I've had since fifth grade. Ha ha. He's come a looooong way since then and was originally a love child (along with his twin sister) of my original two characters that came before him. Lol.
Him and Meikahna were in the newspaper (front page!) near the beginning of last school year, so I'm pretty proud of him.

Creds to :iconblackpurplewolf: for the hair color base for I was too lazy to do it myself. xD;
